The challenge
HotWire is an HVAC, refrigeration and appliance repair company that works across the Seattle and Spokane metros seven days a week: furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, home and commercial appliances, and premium brands like Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Thermador.
When they came to us two years ago, all of that sat on a single landing page. No photos, no separate service pages, no city pages. The page didn’t rank and didn’t bring in calls.

What we did
We rebuilt the site from scratch around one simple idea: someone searching “furnace tune-up in Bothell” should land on a page about exactly that.
- A new design built for calls and online booking
- A separate page for every service, with the price on the page
- Real photos of HotWire technicians and vans instead of an empty page
- FAQ sections that answer the questions customers actually type into Google
- Full on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, headings and internal links between cities and services

Every service gets its own page, with the price on the card
49 city mini-sites
The main move: every city HotWire serves got its own mini-site, with its own home page, contact page, local phone number, neighborhoods and a full set of service pages.
That is 49 cities, from Everett and Seattle to Tacoma and Spokane, and 2,382 pages in total. Each one is written for that city, so Google can show HotWire to people searching right there.
